Delete your account

We’re sorry to see you go. Submit this form to request the deletion of your Keiro account and the data tied to it. You can also trigger deletion from inside the app: Settings → Delete account.

What gets deleted

  • Profile and personal data — Name, date of birth, birth location, calculated readings.
  • Souls (connections) — Names, birth data, and compatibility analyses you saved.
  • Conversation history — All chats with the AI Oracle, including saved replies.
  • Account data — Email address, sign-in identifiers, and subscription state.

Anonymous crash and analytics events that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service health monitoring.

Must match the email tied to your Keiro account so we can identify the data to remove.

Your request is processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. For questions, email contact@sekaijin.fr.
