1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Keiro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Sekaijin ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of Keiro.

2. Description of Service

Keiro is a mobile application that provides personalized insights based on numerology, Western astrology, and Chinese zodiac traditions. The App offers:

• Numerology calculations (Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge numbers)
• Zodiac sign analysis (Western and Chinese)
• AI-powered personalized readings
• Compatibility analysis with saved connections ("Soul Connections")
• Daily guidance and reflections

Important Disclaimer: Keiro is intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. The readings and insights provided are based on ancient wisdom traditions and should not be considered as professional advice of any kind.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may use certain features of Keiro without creating an account. However, to access cloud sync and additional features, you must sign in using Google Sign-In.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information when creating your profile
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

Keiro offers both free features and premium features available through a subscription called "Keiro Plus."

4.2 Subscription Options

• Keiro Plus Monthly: Billed monthly
• Keiro Plus Yearly: Billed annually at a discounted rate

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.5 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.6 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass any security features or access restrictions
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Sekaijin and protected by intellectual property laws. The Keiro name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Sekaijin.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any personal data you provide (such as your birth information and soul connections). By using the App, you grant us permission to use this data to provide our services.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Entertainment Purposes Only

Keiro is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. The numerology, astrology, and zodiac readings generated by the App are based on traditional systems of belief and should be treated as a form of entertainment.

7.2 Not Professional Advice

The content provided by Keiro does not constitute and should not be interpreted as:

• Medical, health, or psychological advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Legal advice
• Professional counseling or therapy
• Relationship or marriage counseling

7.3 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any readings or insights provided by the App. Personal decisions should not be based solely on information from Keiro.

7.4 AI-Generated Content

Certain features of Keiro use artificial intelligence to generate personalized content. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies. We strive to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sekaijin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
